Question 1

What’s included in the Church Website Plan?

Accepted Answer

A custom website designed for your church
Hosting, security, and technical support
Routine updates whenever you need them: service times, events, sermons, and announcements
Training so someone at your church can make urgent edits
A quarterly check-in

Question 2

What counts as a routine update?

Accepted Answer

Changes to your existing pages, such as service times, events, sermons, staff changes, and announcements. Routine updates are included up to about 2 hours each month, which covers what most small churches need.

Question 3

How do I request an update?

Accepted Answer

Just email or call me. Most updates are done within 2 business days. Urgent changes, like a weather closing, are handled the same day when I receive them during business hours.

Question 4

Can we still make our own changes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I’ll train someone at your church to make edits, so you’re never stuck waiting.

Question 5

What if we’d rather handle all our updates ourselves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan includes training so someone at your church can edit the site anytime, and I’m here for everything else.

Question 6

What’s not included?

Accepted Answer

Graphic design, social media management, Google Business Profile management, logo design, photography, and new features after launch, such as an online store. I’m happy to quote any of these separately.

Question 7

Can you connect our online giving?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I’ll link your website to the giving platform you already use, such as Tithe.ly, Pushpay, or Planning Center. If you need to setup online giving, I strongly suggest Tithe.ly and will help you through the setup porcess.

Question 8

Will our website work on phones?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every site I build works on phones, tablets, and computers.

Question 9

Is the website accessible?

Accepted Answer

I build every site with accessibility in mind, including readable text, clear headings, and image descriptions, so everyone in your community can use it.

Question 10

What platform do you build on?

Accepted Answer

I build on Wix, a reliable platform that’s easy for your team to learn if you ever want to make changes yourself.

Pricing

I’ll build your website, host it, keep it running, and make your updates whenever you need them, so you can focus on ministry.
